    breakfast: 1 cup cantaloupe

    lunch: spinach salad w/ half serving soy grilled chicken strips, slivered almonds, green peppers & 1 tsp dressing (olive oil, vinegar & garlic powder)

    snack: almonds

    dinner: chipotle? (vegetarian burrito bowl w/ no rice, black beans, tomatoes, corn, & guac)

    late night snack (maybe): apple
